| Headline: | EDULINK: 2nd call for proposals |
| Description: | EDULINK is the first ACP-EU Cooperation Programme in Higher Education. It is open to all countries of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) and to the 15 EU Member States that are signatories to the 9th European Development Fund (EDF). EDULINK’s overall objective is to foster capacity building and regional integration in the fi eld of higher education through institutional networking, and to support a quality higher education system that is relevant to the needs of the labour market and consistent with ACP socio-economic development priorities. EDULINK is a programme of the ACP Secretariat and the European Commission to improve the effectiveness and the impact of ACP-EU cooperation in the field of higher education. The 2nd Call for Proposals has been launched on 2 July 2007. The deadline for this 2nd call is 2 October 2007. |
